It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwight Arnold Towler of Hardy, Virginia, born in Danville, Virginia, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Benjamin Towler and Hilda Bryant Towler; his stepdaughter Michelle Hattan; his siblings, Horace Towler and June Shanaberger; and his great grandchild Hunter.

He is survived by : his wife Dianne Minter Towler; his daughters, Lynn Dawson (Gregory) of Gretna and Andra Gibson (Andy) of Chatham; his grandchildren, Lindsey Davis (Kevin), Kelsey Hipp, Kayley Hipp (Garrett) and Kylee Hipp; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Logan, Bennett and Elvie.
