She is survived by: her parents, Sylvia Reed and Fred T Shoup Sr. Freda; her children, Hollie Toney, Keri Toney, Riley Richardson and Ryder Richardson; her granddaughter Madelyn Ward; and her brother Fred T Shoup Jr..
