She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura L. Banks (Fralin) and Cornelius E. Banks; her brothers, Earl Banks, Donald Banks and Edward "Sarge" Banks; her son Robert "Marsh" Fullen Jr.; and her son-in-law Harry Twyman.
She is survived by: her children, Tonya Fullen (Lawrence) of Fayetteville, GA, Angela Twyman of Hinton, WV, Rhonda Williams (Steven) of Columbus, OH and Phillip Fullen (Sheri) of Hardy, VA.; her sisters, Glenna Jo Oliver of Charlotte, NC, Judy Weber of Frederick, MD and Janice Banks of Dunbar, WV; her friend Margaret "Duckie" Nelson of Hinton, WV.; and her grandchildren, Justin, Corey, Candace, Keisha, Natasha, Stephen, Jordan, Maya, Anthony, Alec and Taylor.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pivont Funeral Home Chapel (100 Park Ave, Hinton, WV 25951). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
