She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Y. Rigsbee; her son Melvin D. Rigsbee; her grandson Timothy D. Hale; her great grandchild Natalie P. Hale; her parents, Emmett Huff and Mary Huff; and her siblings, Kenneth Hedrick, Roy T. Hedrick, Jr., John W. Huff, Denny R. Huff, Betty H. Wimmer and Janice H. Mauk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Gumm (David) and Wanda C. Smith; her grandchildren, Jayson Rigsbee, Devin Rigsbee (Katie), Joshua Hale (Maggie), Dwayne Hale, Clif Rigsbee, Alec Rigsbee and Elizabeth Powell (Matt); and her sisters, Connie Conner-Foutz (Donnie) and Sandra Lyle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
