Susan Moffitt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2025, at the age of 80, Susan Moffitt of Hardy, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Golden; and her parents, Jim Burton and Irma Burton. She is survived by: her children, Eric Moffitt (Lorin), Debbie Shelton (Eddie), Kevin Moffitt and Darren Moffitt (Melissa); and her sisters, Sharon Hamilton (Rich) and Beth Burton. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the CrossPointe Church (201 Burnt Chimney Rd, Wirtz, VA 24184). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Elizabeth Cemetery (454 W Kiowa Ave, Elizabeth, CO 80107). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Darren & Melissa's.
