He is survived by: his wife Sallie Puller Newbill; his children, Sallie Gillam Stone and Thomas Carroll Newbill, III (Adrienne); and his grandchildren, Thomas Stone, Remington Newbill and Ella Newbill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
