He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eads and Veada Eads; his sister Barbara Mathews Straughan; and his brothers-in-law, William Mathews and Edward Schauf.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Brann Eads; his children, Troy Eads (Kathy) of Lowell, IN and Jenny Eads Crittenden (Tommy) of Deltaville; his grandchildren, Drew Eads, Vaughan Crittenden, Candace Eads Nuss, Allison Crittenden, Kyle Eads and Madison Eads; his great grandchild Easton Eads; and his sister Judy Schauf of Hanover, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Middlesex County Volunteer Rescue Squad or Zoar Baptist Church Debt Reduction Fund.
