She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Scott and Helen Sublette Deavers Harrison; her husband William H. Stroop; her children, William G. Stroop and Debra S. Thompson; her grandson Thomas C. Dick; and her siblings, Robert, Charles, William, Jean Partin and Dolores Loveless.
She is survived by: her children, David L. Stroop (Deeann) of Fairfax, Marvin L. Stroop (Tammy) of Middletown, MD. and Julia M. Stroop of Broadway; and her brother James L. Harrison of Reno, Nevada. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
