He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Litten and Ida Coffman Litten; his sister Dorris Litten Hawkins; his brother-in-law Charles Hawkins; and his nephew-in-law Stephen J.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Elizabeth Peters; his nieces and nephews, Barbara Hawkins Kempf of Leavenworth, KS, Tippy Leimieux (Frenchie) of Chesapeake, James Allen Hawkins (Carole Wood) and Harold Peters (Karen) of Northern Virginia; and his close friends, Deb Thompson and Allen. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to First Choice Hospice or Sentara Hahn Cancer Center.
