With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anna Mae Hartman Hostetler (Harrisonburg, Virginia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Hartman and Grace Good Hartman; her siblings, Harold Hartman, Ruth Weaver, Lewis Perry Hartman and Paul S. Hartman; and her nephew Lee Edward Eshleman.
She is survived by: her husband John H. Hostetler (Chick); her sister Rosalie Eshleman (Bob); her children, Larry Hostetler (Emily), Stanley Hostetler (Lee), Keith Hostetler (Kathy) and Wanda Revercomb (Mark); her grandchildren, Jennifer Dierker (Rick), Ryan Hostetler (Krista), Zack Hostetler (Becca), Ben Hostetler, Martin Revercomb, Kaitlyn Hertzler (Josh) and Colton Revercomb; and her sibling's children, Rosemary Heatwole (Byard), Nancy Schnider (Jim), Grace McNatt (Charlie), Emily Hartman, Diane Yoder (Kent), Susan Eshleman (Keith), Kendra Schlabaugh (Walter), Frank Hartman (Sharrie), Ed Hartman (Patti), Jerrell Weaver (Wendy), Kenny Weaver (Kathy), Glenn Hartman (Ira) and Curtis Eshleman (Brigetta).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service (208 S Main St, Bridgewater, VA 22812). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Weavers Mennonite Church (2501 Rawley Pike, Harrisonburg, VA 22801).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the VMRC Compassion Fund in Anna Mae's name.
