He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald LeRoy and Lelia Esther Eberly Deputy Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Raleigh Deputy of Harrisonburg, Ron Deputy Jr. of Indian Trail, NC and Reba Deputy Heizer of Fairfield. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
