He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Fulk and Beulah Virginia Hoover Fulk; and his brothers, Robert Hoover and Ernest Fulk Jr.. He is survived by : his siblings, Jerry Allen Fulk of Edinburg, Virgil Fulk of Rockingham, Harry "Toby" Fulk of Rockingham and JoAnn Phillips of Rockingham.
