She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrison and Dessie Mae Kesner Kile; her husband Carroll Junior Propst; her son Johnny Propst; her brothers, Robert Kile, Walter Kile and Vernon Kile; her half-brother Frank Kile; and her sister Ruth Propst.
She is survived by: her son Norman Propst (Cindy) of Hurricane, Utah; her grandchildren, Timmy, Andy (Tricia) and Crystal (Mason); her great grandchild Rachel; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Tucker and Taylor; and her great great grandchildren, Penelope and Nikolia.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens (3289 Spotswood Trail, Harrisonburg, VA 22801).
