He is survived by: his children, Ashley Jacob (Seth), Dakota Shifflett, Autumn Shifflett, Courtney Swanson (Josh) and Ella Shifflett; his wife Erica Shifflett; his grandson Theodore Jacob; his siblings, James Shifflett (Amy), Robert Shifflett and Amanda Plecker (Timothy); his aunts, Mary and Mabel Mick; and his cousins, Jennifer Mick and Elizabeth Propst.
