He was predeceased by: his father Harry Neal. He is survived by: his mother Doris Neal; his wife Amber; his children, Joshua of Harrisonburg and Jasmine Sobotker (Alex) of St. Antonio; his stepchildren, James Waybright (Laura) and Jessica Grapes (Brian); and his siblings, Harry Neal, Jr. (Thelma), Robert Neal (Theresa), Valerie Townsend (Anthony) and Dawn Barber (Mario). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
