He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Legget and Ollie Smith McDorman of Virginia; and his siblings, Charlotte Grimes, Glenna Simmons, Nancy Arey, Jean Howdyshell, Bud McDorman, Jim McDorman and Lynwood McDorman.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Nesselrodt McDorman; his son Eric McDorman (Lisa) of Clover Hill; his siblings, Lawrence "Pete" McDorman (Rosalie) of Dayton and June McDorman of Broadway; his granddaughter Tiffany Rohrbaugh (Adam); his great grandchildren, Lacey Rohrbaugh and Alley Rohrbaugh; and his siblings-in-law, Dale Nesselrodt and Sue Meyerhoeffer (Ronnie).
