He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frank Minnick and Leona Mae Minnick (Cook); and his siblings-in-law, Donald Bailey, Benjamin Windsor, Lewis Barger and Barbara Wenger.
He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Minnick (Barger); his son Ricky Minnick; his grandsons, Ricky Minnick Jr. of Bridgewater, James Minnick (Amy) of Bridgewater and Jason Minnick (Amber) of Bridgewater; his sister Alda Windsor; his foster sisters, Doris Cave and Shirley Smith; his siblings-in-law, Fred Wenger, Betty Bailey, Audrey Hayghe and Linda Pence (Thomas); his nieces, Cindy Windsor (Paul), Tanya Bradford and Sarah Deavers (Chad); and his nephew Kevin Bailey. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
