She is survived by: her son Robert Edward Lee Carper; her daughter-in-law Terri Carper; her grandsons, Christopher Carper, Richard Carper, Robert Carper II and Dustin Carper; her stepgrandchildren, Jason Smith and Thomas Smith; her great grandchildren, Hunter Carper, Mason Carper, Berkley Carper and Isabelle Carper; and her pet Lucy.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the American Heart Association in her honor.
