She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Paul and Rosemary Kathleen Halterman (Lowry); and her husband Tony Alvin VanPelt. She is survived by: her daughter Christina "Chrissy" Blount (Robert) of New Market; her brother Glen Halterman (Cathy) of Highland County; her grandchildren, Wyatt Kibler, Colton Blount, Mackenzie Blount, Brody Blount and Aiden Blount; her niece Amy Halterman Johnson; and her nephew Travis Halterman.
