With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Eugene Kephart of Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on November 9, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Otho Franklin and Lois Jean Comer Kephart; and also Roy Stroop. He is survived by : his siblings, Boyd Kephart (Lydia) of Broadway, Kenny Kephart of Rockingham, Karen Taylor (Mark) of Harrisonburg and Sharon Bare of Linville. He is also survived by three nieces; one great nephew; and two great nieces.
