She is survived by: her son Adam Lee Smith (Kristie Hevener Cross); her stepchildren, Scott Allen Umbel and Jennifer Umbel; her grandchildren, Allison Lyn Smith (Patrick Gillen), Lucas Addison Smith and Madison Rose Umbel; and her great grandchild Freya English Gillen.
