He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Marie Lambert Ritchie; his stepchildren, Sharrie Bennett and William Edward "Billy" Deeter; his siblings, JoAnn Rockwell, Phyllis Ritchie, Robert Ritchie and Paul Ritchie; his stepgrandchildren, Angel Falls, Tiffany Smith and Brandon; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Hannah Falls, Brian Shifflett, Jeremiah Smith and Ezekial Smith.
