Doreen Diane DeVore Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 18, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Doreen Diane DeVore (Harrisonburg, Virginia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Askam and Arlene Askam (Bloch); her brother Dennis Askam; and her grandson Brian Metler. She is survived by: her children, Donna (Michael Metler) of Bartlet, TN and Zachary (JoBeth DeVore) of Richmond, VA; her granddaughter Allison Metler; her sister Annette Maas of Dallas, TX; and her sister-in-law Judy Askam of Rock Island, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Kingsway Prison Ministry or to the outreach ministry at Asbury United Methodist Church.
