He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren E. Peake and Grace V. Peake; and his wife Dolores Michelli. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas B. Peake, Jr. (Patricia Ann) of Varnville, SC and Michael A. Peake (Betsy) of Bridgewater. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
