Ellen leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Ellen’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Ellen will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Rhodes and Hazel Charlene Rohrer Wenger; and her husband Harvey Nolt Zimmerman. She is survived by: her children, Paul (Faye Lynn) of Dayton, Jeffrey (Marie) of Dayton, Sam (Elaine) of Dayton, Michael (Tracy) of Dayton, Sharon (Norlyn Wenger) of Bridgewater, Emily (Mark Shank) of Bridgewater and Lydia (Christian Beery) of Dayton; and her sister Neva Horst (Daniel H.) of Dayton. She is also survived by 47 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
