It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva Mae Ratliff of Harrisonburg, Virginia, born in Upper Tract, West Virginia, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Jacob Alfred; her husband J. Arthur Ratliff; and her siblings, Martha Alt, Mary Alexander, Hadie Hartman, Jacob Condie Hedrick, Pete Hedrick and Junior Hedrick.
She is survived by: her daughter Wilmalea R. Davis (Philip E. Davis); her siblings, Vernon Hedrick and Juanita Miller; her grandsons, Michael A. Davis (Donna) and Brian E. Davis; her great grandchildren, Philip B. Davis (Dylan), Zachary B. Davis (Becca), Taylor E. Wilder (Joshua) and Tucker C. Davis; and her great great grandchildren, Charlotte Davis (Charlee), Penelope J. Wilder and Nikoila A. Wilder. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
