He is survived by: his daughter Olga Loya Chaparro of Harrisonburg; and his grandchildren, F. Miguel Hernandez, Kylie Gonzalez and Olivia Gonzalez. He is also survived by numerous siblings, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens (3289 Spotswood Trail, Harrisonburg, VA 22801).
