He was predeceased by: his parent Clarissa Halterman; his stepfather Cletus Halterman; his son Ronald Eugene Moyer (Vernon Nesselrodt); and his son-in-law Andy. He is survived by: his wife Louise Showalter Moyer; his daughter Margaret Fulk of Harrisonburg; his granddaughters, Candy Mohr (Glenn Baldwin), Heather Sherman (Neil), Tiffany Hartman (Joey) and Tabetha Moyer; his great grandchildren, Katie, Alyssa, Josh Mohr and Carley Hartman; his great great grandchild Xander Mohr; and his brother Harold Halterman (Kathy).
