She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Fulk and Maude Fulk; her husband Edward "Jack" Biller; her siblings, Mary Virginia Fulk, William Fulk, Ruth Crouse and Fred Fulk; her son Steven E. Biller Sr.; and her nephew William "Bill" Fulk.
She is survived by: her son Lowell W. Biller (Betsy); her grandson Steven Biller Jr.; her nieces, Faye Chepulis (Jerry) and Bonnie Sharpes (Bob); and her caregivers, Rachel, Ruthie, Sherry and Meghan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Linville Creek Church of the Brethren, 409 Brethren Road, Broadway, VA 22815 or do a random act of kindness in honor of Evelyn.
