He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest B. Palmer and Marie F. Palmer; his wife Lois Mae Davis Palmer; and his daughter Janet Palmer Arehart. He is survived by: his children, Forrest Charles Palmer, Jr. (Barbara Palmer) and Beth Elaine Palmer Hart (Thomas Hart); his son-in-law Michael Arehart; his grandchildren, David Palmer (Jill), Timothy Palmer (Jenny), Carrie Hart (Rick Dillwood), Sarah Hart (Patrick Higgins), Virginia Hart (Wyatt Crawley), Hunter (Anne Arehart) and Brent Arehart (Chelsea Rothschild); and his great grandchildren, Jaiden Arehart, Graham Palmer, Colin Palmer, Hart Dillwood, Orion Higgins and Celeste Higgins.
