He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Holick and Marie Holick. He is survived by : his son David Lincoln; his stepson James R. Smith (Tammy); his daughters, Heather Holick (Robert Paulette) and Megan Austin (Cody); his grandchild Orion Austin; and his siblings, Dr. Michael Holick (Sally), Ken Holick (Denise), Thomas Valentine Holick and Carol Marie Holick.
