He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Lewis and Robert Lewis; and his brother Tracy Lewis (Audrey Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Karyl Dawe; his children, Greg Lewis (Shana Mills), Jamie Lewis (Brendan McGurk) and Casey Lewis (Genna Zaiman); his niece Megan McConville (Drew McConville); and his grandchildren, Gordon, George, Lucy, Esther, Jackson, Nora, Harper and Herbert. He is also survived by his wife, three children, and eight grandchildren.
