He was predeceased by: his parents, Rastus H. Strother and Tessie E. Strother (Crawford); and his brother Kenneth Strother. He is survived by: his children, Darlene Fergerson (Tommy), Griffin Strother, Jr. (Terry) and Thomas Strother (Morgan); and his sisters, Gloria Moats, Nancy Moats and Karen Hall. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
