He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lewis and Zelma Marie Turner (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Waybright; his siblings, Cindy, Scott Strothers of Harrisonburg, Annette Davis of Elkton, Tricia Turner of Elkton and Cecil Davis, Jr. (Jamie) of McGaheysville; his children, Yolanda (Christopher Ward), Justin Craig, Stephen Andrews, Talisha K. Taylor, Felicia (Devin Brown), Keanna Davis, Randy Lane (Jae Mitchell) and Robert Crawford; and his grandchildren, Aniya, Robert, Avion, Sah'Rea and A'Mollian. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
