Knicely (Penny Knicely) of Rockingham, VA. She is survived by: her siblings, L. David Knicely Jr. (Emma Lou) of Winchester, VA and Patsy Campbell of Harrisonburg, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews, as well as many cousins.
