He was predeceased by: his parents, James Silvers "Bock" Nutter and Josie Nutter (Nieswander); his children, Donnie Nutter, Tony Nutter and Rhonda Stevenson; and his siblings, Melvin Nutter, Kenneth Nutter, Esther Nutter Evans, Evelyn Nutter and Richard Nieswander.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie Chewning; and his sons, Shawn Nutter (Courtney) and Brian Nutter (Kathy James). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
