She was predeceased by: her parents, William Russell and Mary Helen Russell; her parents-in-law, Gene and Elda Kibler of Harrisonburg; and her brother-in-law Harry Allen of Elkton.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale Allen Kibler; her pet Micki; her children, Carissa Bowman (Derick) of Lacey Spring and Scott Wilson of Bridgewater; her siblings, Juanita Allen of Elkton, Dave Russell of Weyers Cave and John Russell of Elkton; her sisters-in-law, Tammy Harper (Dale) of Fulks Run and Carol Smith (Joe) of Keezletown; her nephew Zac Bowers of Woodstock; and her nieces, Kassidy Bowers of McLean and Megan Shepard (Charlie) of Harrisonburg.
