She is survived by: her children, Aaron Sipe of Shenandoah and Rachel Ganz of Richmond; her grandchildren, Shawn Michael Sipe and Matthew Aaron Sipe; and her brothers, Larry Vance (Carrie), Terry Vance and Jerry Vance (Pamela). She is also survived by her family, was a loving daughter, mother, sister, cousin, and aunt.
