It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeanette Whetzel (Harrisonburg, Virginia), born in Shenandoah, Virginia, who passed away on June 7, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Paul Fadeley; her husband Charles Edward Whetzel; her siblings, Paul Fadeley Jr. and Norma Lam; and her nephew Gary Fadeley.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Edward Whetzel (Connie) of Harrisonburg and Mark Whetzel (Karen) of Harrisonburg; her brother Troy Fadeley; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Whetzel (Amanda), Andrew Whetzel (Rachel), Sydney Whetzel and Claire Whetzel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
