We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2023, at the age of 87, Joan Faith Shifflett of Harrisonburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Buster and Ivy Lewis Puffenbarger; her husband Harvey Elwood Shifflett; her son Dale Phillips; her granddaughter Virginia Motsinger; and her siblings, Buster Puffenbarger, Helen Stewart and Bonnie Clatterbuck.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Chenoweth (Darl) of Harrisonburg, Pamela Sonner of Harrisonburg, Devon Phillips (Cathy) of Harrisonburg and Debbie Shifflett of Rockingham; and her grandchildren, Eleanor Stobbs, C. J. Chenoweth (Nikki), Lindsay Phillips, Kyle Phillips (Brandy) and Ryan Phillips.
