She was predeceased by: her father Nelson Rhodes; her husband Lewis Ellwood Hornick; her son John Alexander Hornick; her granddaughter Grace Isabella Hornick; her brother Nelson Rhodes, Jr.; her niece Angel Joseph; and her nephew Will Ellis.
She is survived by: her mother Zelda Huffman Rhodes; her son Luke Dylan Hornick; her sisters, Sandra Collins and Susanne Trobaugh; her niece Randi Clark; and her nephews, Charlie Joseph and Justin Rhodes. She is also survived by her mother, surviving family members.
