She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Carson Cubbage and Edith McCoy Cubbage; her spouse Russell Harvey Williams; her daughter Penny Kibler; and her siblings, Lester Cubbage, Mack Cubbage, Warfield Cubbage, Emory Cubbage, Phyllis Gochenour, Ellary Owens, Linda Cubbage, Ella Turner and Celia Jewel.

She is survived by: her children, Rodney Williams (Angel) and Kristen Tillman (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Tara Alexander (Stewart), Heather Kibler, Blake Tillman, Katlyn Hensley (Sean) and Chloe Riley (Liam); her great grandchildren, Shawn Shifflett, Brionna Shifflett Barrett (Taylor), Mia Alexander, Jalen Alexander and Aubrey Smith; her great great grandchildren, Emilia Hensley, Lenora Barrett, Everette Riley and Elayna Riley; her brother Aldine Cubbage; and her sister-in-law Shirley Cubbage. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
