She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurston Singleton and Nola Singleton; and her son Thomas Scott Stephens. She is survived by: her daughter Millicent Stephens Sager (Kevin); her grandchildren, Katie Sager Heishman (Mat), Andrea Dawn Sager, Ann Rose Stephens Tiahrt (Zach), Karsyn Olivia Sager and Paxton Everett Sager; her goddaughter Robyn Hylton Keller of Danville, Virginia.; and her daughter-in-law Sara Stephens. She is also survived by her four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be dedicated to the Otterbein United Methodist Church - College Chorale, or to the library at Elkton Elementary School (RCPS), in Elkton, Virginia.
