With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta Elizabeth Dean of Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on January 2, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Fleming and Elizabeth Higgins. She is survived by : her children, Charles K. Dean of Grottoes, Wesley A. Dean of Grottoes, George R. Dean of Harpers Ferry, WV and Angela Lee Allman of Briery Branch; and her grandchildren, Travis Dean, Lisa Raynes, Jason Dean, Lindsay Dean, Nicholas Allman, John Glenn Allman and Erica Allman. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
