She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Moyer and Pearl Lee See Moyer. She is survived by: her husband Harry E "Keppie" Keplinger; her daughter Melody Kearney; her son-in-law Patrick Kearney; her granddaughter Lorann Kearney; her niece Alice Miller (Roger Miller); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brian and Janel; her sister-in-law Sharon Kline Moyer; her close friends, Stella Hassler, Nancy Evans and Donna Hise; and her siblings, Ora, Dewey, Walter Jr., Clifton Moyer, Lona Wilkins, Wanda Moyer, Naomi Higgs and Catherine Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
