She is survived by: her sons, George Kostis (Tina) of Vilas, NC and Jimmy Kostis (Cindy) of Vilas, NC; her grandson Savva Kostis (Stephanie); her sons, Demetreus Kostis (Cassie Delk) and Dylan Beech; her great grandchild Amara Kostis; and her cousins, Eftixia Vroulakis, Fafo Makris, Koula Karageorge and Thea Hondros.
