She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmer Frederick and Stella Heatwole Rhodes; her husband Norman Rhodes Shank; and her son Galen Shank. She is survived by: her children, Lois Depoy (Todd) of Rockingham and Sheldon Shank (Barbara) of Hinton; her grandchildren, Stacey Kiser, Chris Shank (Teresa), Jennifer Middlebrook (Chris), Stephanie Bailey (Forrest), Adam Shank (Colleen Byers) and Claire Lee (Carroll); her great grandchildren, Garrett Kiser, Channing Shank, Tyson Shank, Rhodes Middlebrook, Sawyer Middlebrook, Clyde Lee, Carver Lee and Emory Bailey; her stepgrandson Christopher Todd Depoy II (Amber); her stepgreat-grandchild Reagan Elizabeth Depoy; and also Susie Shank of Rockingham.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McMullen Funeral Home (5784 Greenmount Rd, Harrisonburg, VA 22802). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Clinton Mennonite Church (6954 Mt Clinton Pike, Harrisonburg, VA 22802).
