She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Knighting and Ollie Lambert Knighting; her sister Barbara Eye; her nephew Jason William Hitt; and her husband Owen Winston Grimm.
She is survived by: her sister Kathy Hitt; her niece Patricia Merica (Todd); her nephew Kevin Hitt; her great-nieces, Autumn Lambert (Jonathon) and Destiny Hitt; Emily Elaine Crider.
