She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Sisk (Sisk) and William Alexander Clatterbuck; and her sister Ann Eckard. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Eugene Lowery; her children, Kim D. King (Lee) of Bridgewater, Phillip L. Lowery (Phyllis) of Elkton and William A. Lowery (Anne) of Bridgewater; and her grandchildren, Chasity Cubbage (P. J.), Skylar Lowery, Courtney King, Ashley Piller, Haley King, Cole Lowery (Jordan) and Grant Lowery. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
