She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joy and Catherine Joy (Powers); her husband Daniel W. Hanlon; and her siblings, Kathryn Dunmoyer, Joan Joy, Maurice Joy, Sr., Leonard Joy and Joe Joy.
She is survived by: her children, Brigid Byers (Kenny), Daniel Hanlon (Greta) and David Hanlon (Tiffany); her sisters, Frances Walker, Jean Mensh, Veronica Haerer and Alice O'Dea; her grandchildren, Cullen Byers (Kylie), Colleen Shank (Adam), Rachel Hoover (Wade), Seth Hanlon (Elise Yi), Molly Byers, Allison Byers, Lochlain Hanlon, Ian Hanlon, Wyatt Cash and Jackson Cash; and her great grandchildren, Penelope Reese Byers and Emma Joy Hoover. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
